CANCELLATION AGREEMENTS WHEN RESERVING YOUR APPOINTMENTS

We require a 24 hour notice in the event of a cancellation on single serves or more. ALL appointments with less than 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled appointments. ALL appointments with NO notice will result in 100% charge of your scheduled appointments.

ALL SPA PACKAGES REQUIRE A 48 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE. NO EXCEPTIONS. All Spa Packages with less than 24 hour notice will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled appointment.
